The common thread

Change management, from day one to full autonomy

Rolling out a new solution changes how your teams work, in the field as well as in the office. That's why hands-on human support runs through the whole project, well beyond configuration.

01

Initiation

Frame the stakes, objectives, budget and key stakeholders; analyze the current setup and impacts.

02

With key users

Rally people around the target process, secure day-to-day operations, measure the first results.

03

Implementation

Coordinate from the end user's point of view, train pilot users, prepare the switchover.

04

Go-live

Spread the knowledge to every team and make processes reliable.

05

Sustainability

Maintain performance and user autonomy over the long term.

Our method

Three phases, from first contact to full autonomy

Pre-sales, rollout, ongoing support: one clear thread. Expand each phase to see what actually happens.

1

Understanding your business, not just your needs

Before any commercial proposal, our industry-specialized pre-sales consultants take the time to understand your organization, your field constraints and your performance goals, so we only propose what truly fits your business.

A demo built on your own use cases

Instead of a standard demo, we build a scenario based on your real needs and situations. You see the solution working in your context, not on a theoretical example.

“Walk in your shoes”: a day in the field

For large-scale projects, our teams spend a day alongside you: observing the daily work of your planners, field workers and managers, and designing the ideal organization with them. This approach builds trust before the project even starts and speeds up go-live.

2

Hands on the tool from the very first hour

Our training is resolutely practical: your team takes control of the tool directly, on your real cases. Rather than theoretical training followed by lengthy configuration on our side, we move forward with you, continuously.

Collaborative modeling workshops

Configuration is done in workshops with your dedicated project manager and your business key users, using an agile approach: you quickly see the first routes, you give feedback, we adjust.

Your IT department stays in charge of integration

Your IT teams get access to our APIs and training on our data model from the design stage. They manage the connection to your information system themselves, keeping full control over data exchanges.

Acceptance testing, then pilot: validate before scaling

Acceptance testing checks compliance; the pilot puts the solution to the test in real conditions with a representative team, before rollout to all teams.

3

Hypercare: a seamless transition

At go-live, the project team and the support team work hand in hand for a dedicated period. You keep your bearings, and knowledge of your project is never lost.

Support included throughout the life of your solution

Product experts, reachable by email and phone, handle your day-to-day questions and resolve any issues.

Support tailored to your project. Not every step applies systematically: their nature and duration adapt to the scale and complexity of your project. Together, we define the most relevant setup.

Two audiences, two expectations

We speak to your business teams as well as your IT department

One project, two distinct concerns, and we address both.

For business teams

Adoption in the field

The best tool is useless if teams don't make it their own. Our priority is user buy-in.

  • Structured change management that involves your people as early as possible.
  • Hands-on training, grounded in your real cases.
  • A gradual, controlled rollout, as at Securitas, where the solution was deployed in stages to 300 technicians.
For the IT department

Technical control

Your IT teams keep control of the integration and their autonomy over your information system.

  • API access and data model training from the design stage.
  • An integration architecture defined jointly, driven by your teams.
  • An open SaaS architecture that doesn't disrupt your infrastructure.

In five phases, with a formal handover between pre-sales and the project team: kick-off (validation of scope and milestones), scoping workshops (business rules, IT data flow mapping, data assessment), configuration & integration, training & acceptance testing, then go-live & hypercare before the switch to standard support. Our principle: get a first scope into production quickly, then expand. Each phase is detailed in “The journey” section above.
The starting point is deliberately limited: we begin with your existing master data. Three categories are enough: business master data (customers, sites, service locations, with addresses and constraints), resources (employees, skills, working hours, vehicles) and business rules (durations, priorities, constraints to optimize). Accepted formats: CSV or Excel export to start with, then automated API flows once configuration is stable. We provide the import templates during the scoping workshop.
No. That's the case for the vast majority of projects, and it's handled as a project step, not a prerequisite. The main point of attention is address quality, which determines geocoding accuracy. Our approach: a quality assessment from the data workshop onward, tool-assisted correction of bulk cases, and enrichment where relevant. You keep ownership of business decisions; we provide the assessment, the tools and the framework. Data quality improves as the project progresses rather than being a precondition.
Duration depends on the scope and the number of interfaces, not the size of your fleet. Three factors affect the timeline: the number and complexity of interfaces with your information system (by far the most important), the state of your initial master data and the number of business decisions to make, and your teams' availability for workshops, acceptance testing and training. On your side, the effort is concentrated on the scoping workshops and acceptance testing.
A dedicated Nomadia team for the entire project: a deployment project manager (single point of contact) and product experts (configuration, integration, knowledge transfer). On your side: a sponsor who decides on scope, a project manager as single point of entry, and key users trained first, who relay to field teams and become administrators of the solution. Training and change management are included in the scope of our Customer Service.
Our solutions are fully web-based SaaS, hosted in the European Union, with data isolated per customer. On-premise deployment is not offered as standard.
