Integration & data flows

Through data flows defined during the scoping phase, in the direction and at the frequency you choose. Nomadia plugs into your information system; it doesn't replace it. Standard interfaces (API and connections to ERP, CRM, CMMS and scheduling tools) keep your systems as the owners of their master data. Flows are outbound (master data, work orders) and inbound (reports, time spent, statuses), from real time to scheduled synchronization depending on criticality. The master data repository stays in your information system; this principle is formally agreed during scoping.

REST API (JSON/XML) and SOAP web services (WSDL). Webhooks trigger actions in real time, and data exchange via file (CSV) or database handles imports/exports.

Security & compliance

Through an ISO/IEC 27001-certified information security management system covering infrastructure management, software design and team training. On top of this come encryption of data at rest and in transit, regular penetration tests by an independent body, a business continuity and disaster recovery plan (BCP/DRP) with defined RTO and RPO, need-to-know access management (named, logged access), and separate environments (configuration and acceptance testing on reduced or anonymized datasets).

Hosting within the European Union, governed by contract. You remain the data controller under the GDPR; Nomadia acts as a data processor, under a data processing agreement appended to the contract. Retention periods are set per purpose. Access by Nomadia staff is named, restricted and logged. At the end of the contract, data is returned and then deleted according to the agreed terms.

This topic is handled upfront, not at go-live. As data controller, you must ensure a specific and proportionate purpose (route optimization, lone worker safety, proof of service), inform the people concerned and consult employee representatives, record the processing in your register of processing activities (with an impact assessment if required), and ensure no tracking outside working hours. We provide fine-grained configuration of the system (purposes, time slots, data, retention periods), technical documentation for your compliance file, and rollout messaging focused on user benefits.
